Auggie Awards Winners at AWE USA 2023

This year was an incredible year for the Auggie Awards, with a record number of nominations submitted, finalists selected, and winners announced. Without further ado, you can discover the winners of the 14th Annual Auggie awards from AWE USA 2023 below:


Categories and Winners

There are now a total of 16 categories for which companies and individuals can be nominated, covering a range of different aspects of the XR industry. The categories for the Auggie Awards, along with this year’s finalists are as follows:

  3. Best Collaboration Tool

  4. Best Consumer App
    Central Library of Düsseldorf App - Exponential Dimensions

  5. Best Creator & Authoring Tool
    Lens Studio - Snap Inc.

  6. Best Developer Tool
    Cloud Platform for 3D Asset Management - echo3D

  7. Best Enterprise Solution
    AjnaVidya - AjnaLens by Dimension NXG

  8. Best Game or Toy
    Among Us VR - Innersloth, Schell Games, Robot Teddy

  9. Best Headworn Device
    VIVE XR Elite - HTC VIVE

  10. Best Healthcare & Wellness Solution
    NEXTMED - ARSOFT

  11. Best in Location-Based Entertainment
    LEGOLAND Windsor Resort: LEGO MYTHICA Magical Forest - Zappar

  12. Best Indie Creator(s)

  13. Best Interaction Product

  15. Best Societal Impact

In addition to the above 16 categories that anyone could submit their nominations for, there were also three winners chosen at the event and that were announced in the event wrap-up on Friday, June 2. These three additional categories and winners were as follows:

Best in Show – Sightful for their 'Spacetop' AR laptop

AWEsome Award – EXIT SUIT

Best Visual Impact – Sutu for their incredible work on this year's AWE branding and graphics (as seen on the giant LED wall that was visible on the Main Stage during the event).
