How it works:
You bring the great ideas and apps—we’ll help you showcase your XR event tech or community gathering as part of the official AWE conference experience. We’ll work with activation partners to ensure you have space, visibility, and marketing coverage for a great event. AWE will review all proposals for activations on a first-come, first-served basis.

Open, accessible activations and experiences that are aligned with AWE’s goals for in-person events will be selected, at AWE’s discretion, on the merit of their idea and the partner’s ability to deliver their proposed activation in the required timeframe. Except in rare cases, apps should cross-platform or web-based to be considered.

What you get:
As contributors to an AWE event, activation partners may receive: free passes to AWE, reserved times and spaces at AWE events, listings on events calendars, marketing support, and the chance to connect with and delight a community of thousands of XR pros and enthusiasts.

The deadline to share your Activations ideas for upcoming AWE events are below:

AWE USA 2025  -  Activation Submissions are due by Friday 18 April 2025.

Applications will be reviewed as they are recieved.

 

All applications for AWE USA 2025 will be responded to by Monday 28 April 2025.
All applications for AWE Asia 2025 will be responded to by Monday 21 July 2025.

All applications for AWE EU 2025 will be responded to by Monday 29 September 2025.
