CANCELLING A PASS

Things happen, we understand. You can get a refund* on your pass one month prior to an AWE in-person event.


Please see the TWO options below:

OPTION 1: Regardless of when you purchased your pass:

  • If you cancel by midnight pacific standard time 30 days prior to the first event date, you’ll get a refund of the amount paid (less a 5% service fee).

    USA: 30 days prior to the 2024 event is Monday, May 20, 2024.

    EU: 30 days prior to the 2024 event is Monday, September 30, 2024.

  • After 12:01am pacific standard time 29 days out from the first event date, there are no refunds.

OPTION 2: You also have the option of transferring your pass to someone else, which you can do by contacting our registration team at [email protected].


How to Cancel

If you need to cancel your pass, just get in touch with us by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us at [email protected].


Changing Hotel Reservations
If you cancel a pass, changes will not be automatically reflected on your hotel reservation, so it's your responsibility to contact the hotel in order to cancel or change your reservation.
