Magnus is a business generalist with a passion for technology and learning. He holds a master’s degree in International Business from Aston Business School in Birmingham, UK, and has more recently studied Future Learning Technologies at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Professionally, he has worked with sales, marketing, and business consulting as well as in a start-up. Magnus currently leads the Innovation & Technology-team, part of Group Learning & Development, at Jotun from their headquarters in Sandefjord, Norway. Here he is responsible for the internal Sales Academy, he has also led the process of establishing the internal video production studios and been the main responsible for developing the use of XR in Jotun.
