Born in 1976 in A Corunha, Galiza. Between 1994 and 1999 I studied Software Engineering at UDC (University of A Corunha). Ph.D. in Computer Science at UDC (2006). In 2001 I co-founded Igalia, an open source consultancy specialized in the development of innovative technologies and solutions, with its focus on key upstream projects and communities such as WebKit, Chromium, V8/JSC, Mesa, GStreamer or Linux. I am also part time researcher and teacher at UDC since 2001, giving courses about software design and programming.
