Nicky is a Peabody Award-winning journalist, producer, studio-builder and operations executive who is passionate about leading creative people and making fantastic content. For the last 18 months, he’s been responsible for the TV, radio and digital studios and the 300 operators behind the scenes at BBC News in London. As a member of the BBC’s Metaverse Working Group and the AI/ML Community, he’s a champion of new story-telling techniques for broadcast news, including AR, XR and virtual production.
