Monica Wright

Dr. Monica Wright specializes in optimizing solutions to address environmental social and governance (ESG) challenges and inform strategic planning and implementation. For over 20 years she has supported public sector clients including state agencies, municipalities and community-based organizations as well as commercial clients in technology, manufacturing, energy infrastructure, and telecommunications industries. Monica has served as a high school science teacher, facilitation practice lead, project and program manager and a senior technologist and area manager for a global engineering firm. Her current role is as a principal air and sustainability consultant with Tetra Tech. She is also a co-founder of NOSO Environmental LLC, a community centered ESG consulting firm.

When not working with clients, Monica enjoys elaborate cooking projects with the family and coaching her kids track and cross-country teams, volunteering with nonprofit boards and STEAM education and access projects.
