Startups have ambition but lack scale (people and money). Big companies have scale, but grow too conservative after early successes.
Working together, even getting acquired, can often change the game. But it comes with many pitfalls, and usually not the ones you tend to worry about.
I'll share my experience working in big and small companies and give some insights into how to make it work out for everyone involved.
