Michael O. Browning Jr. began his professional career at Cirrus Health developing and managing physician-owned ambulatory surgery centers and short-stay hospitals. During his tenure with the firm, in Dallas, TX, he served as the Director of Research & Development.

In 2005, Mr. Browning founded, Phoebos Partners, a healthcare consulting firm which developed the nation’s most innovative marketing analytics software which determined the factors leading to success in healthcare marketing.

In 2007, Mr. Browning sold Phoebos Partners to Montecito Medical Investment Corporation where the company was rebranded Montecito Research & Analytics. As, Senior Vice President of Montecito Research & Analytics, Mr. Browning utilized his expertise and creativity to re-engineer how the healthcare industry approached asset acquisition, development, and management. e

In 2009, Mr. Browning helped launch Santa Barbara Medical Innovations (SBMI), a privately held health care company specializing in the distribution of the ZERONA Non-Invasive Body Contouring Laser.

In 2011, Mr. Browning Founded Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park where he currently holds the title of CEO. Urban Air is the nation’s premier full-service family entertainment company offering safe, clean, affordable active family entertainment.
