Rajesh Jha is the Founder/CEO of SimInsights Inc, a California company focused on applying AI/XR technologies to enable no-code authoring, publishing and evaluation of immersive, intelligent and interactive digital twins that support training, quality monitoring and knowledge capture. SimInsights is helping customers in manufacturing, healthcare and higher-education apply AI and XR to gain agility, reduce risk and cut cost. Prior to SimInsights, Rajesh held Program Management roles at Altair for 3D software for simulation, visualization and optimization. He holds a BSME from IIT Varanasi, MSME from Ohio State and MBA from UCLA.
