Accomplishments include product development, strategic partnerships, business development & strategic planning, product industrialization, supply chain management, project management, team leadership and semiconductor technology. Stephan successfully transferred development projects into volume production and established motivated and committed teams to succeed. Received his master’s degree in physics from University of Hamburg and a Ph.D. in engineering from Kiel University. He is the author of 11 scientific publications and inventor of 10 issued and/or pending patents.
