He has pioneered the use of Virtual Reality collaborative design reviews leveraging the stand alone Quest VR headsets. Len has also focused on driving consistency in both the design and construction of Meta data centers through the development of and continuous improvements on the master design documents (MDD) and master construction model (MCM)
