Dr. Shusterman is a physician who has served in leadership roles at early and mid-stage companies across a variety of medical technologies including resorbable surgical fixation, bone regeneration, soft tissue augmentation, physiological monitoring, and robotics, among others. He is a flight surgeon in the Air Force Reserve (with the current rank of Colonel), an alumnus of the Defense Ventures Fellowship, and Senior Medical Advisor to AFWERX/AFVentures.
