Holly Brotzman serves as the Manager of Dealer Training and Human Resources at Toyota Material Handling, Inc. where she’s responsible for enhancing external talent for more than 230 dealership locations across North America. With access to an industry-leading lineup of material handling products, Toyota dealers are uniquely positioned to help solve wide-ranging challenges in warehousing and distribution. She began her career in procurement and supply chain within the automotive industry prior to transitioning to material handling. After nearly two decades, her passion for developing others led her to her current role in training and development. Her team is responsible for the creation and facilitation of training to enhance external talent, utilizing the latest technology, across their dealer network of more than 7,500 associates. Holly holds a B.S. in Business from Indiana University.
