Yuji is responsible for sourcing and managing all Silicon Valley-based innovation initiatives for Kajima. He works closely with start-up companies to assess technology and business applications to enhance Kajima business across the globe. Not only looking for the current businesses but also constantly finding business expansion opportunities outside of the core business, that intersects with Kajima’s strengths and capabilities. Yuji brings over 19 years of experience in the construction industry, to address this mission, primarily as a Project Engineer focused in Tokyo area subway projects. Yuji has a Master in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
