Brandon Samuel is a Recruiting Manager for Public Policy at Meta, where he focuses on building strategy for team development in all areas of policy, including the AR/VR space. Prior to joining Meta, Brandon was a Technology Recruiting Manager for Blackboard. There he was responsible for talent mapping and resource management, resulting in the build out of global engineering teams in Bogota, Colombia and Brno, Czech Republic. He is a native of the Bronx, New York and received his bachelors degree in Business Administration from Howard University and a master’s degree in Human Resources, focused on Organization Development from Georgetown University.
