Justin Barnett is a consultant and project manager for Improving-Atlanta.

He has a technology background and passion for business. In his career at Improving, he has delivered technical solutions, led small teams to successful project completion, and jumped in to training opportunities with both feet. He understands how to manage projects, because he understands the elements that a software engineer needs to deliver.

Justin is thorough, has a great attention to detail, and has demonstrated key leadership ability across a variety of circumstances. He has led many successful projects by applying his business and analytical knowledge and problem-solving skills to improve performance, quality and customer satisfaction.

As a Consultant, Justin has quickly earned the trust of both clients and teammates for his ability to get the job done. His degree is in Software Engineering, and he has completed project work both as an application developer, as well as a project manager. He is also a certified SCRUM master having passed the Scrum.org PSM course. His project experience has included work in health care, knowledge management, gaming (GA Lottery) and insurance.
