Kevin Marcum
Program Manager Delta Air Lines

Kevin is currently the Program Manager for Learning Support & Design with Delta Air Lines in Atlanta, Georgia. He began his career with Delta in 1996 as a part time ramp agent and early in his career supervised ramp operations for ski season in Gunnison, Colorado. Kevin’s passion for learning and training came to fruition when he moved into Airport Customer Service Learning and was able to facilitate all below wing operations classes. He has taught in more than seven countries, over two hundred Delta stations, and was responsible for opening more than sixty global stations. In 2012 Kevin moved to the world headquarters operation in Atlanta taking on the challenge of Project Leader overseeing all of Delta's new station startups, which included all learning, training, and compliance processes. In one of his most recent projects, he designed and implemented the online mentoring program in response to the safety needs of above and below-wing employees throughout the Delta system. In addition, Kevin conceptualized and rolled out the first-ever virtual training program for Delta below-wing ramp agents. Virtual training has become paramount at Delta Air Lines, and they have currently embraced deicing, de-escalation, and a new hire module, among others currently in the Delta pipeline where Kevin oversees project management of the virtual reality program.

Kevin lives in Newnan, GA with his wife Jada. They have five Quarter Horses and show at barrel racing competitions. In addition to his career at Delta, Kevin is also a certified Equine Dentist.
