Welcome Party during Early Badge Pickup

Pick up your badge at early registration and hang out with us at the Welcome Party for AWE USA 2025. 

On Monday, June 9 in the LBCC Main Entrance / Promenade Lobby from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm you'll have the chance to say hello to friends old and new before the conference officially kicks off on Tuesday morning.

• One drink will be provided per person. Other drinks available for purchase.

NOTE:  The Promenade Lobby at Long Beach Convention Center is an indoor venue.
