AWE USA 2025
AI has made remarkable strides in generating human-like text and images, but true human interaction remains a challenge. Unlike static data sources, human interactions are highly personal, context-dependent, and driven by non-verbal cues such as facial expressions, eye contact, and gestures. To enable AI agents to engage with people as humans do, we must leverage egocentric data — data captured from the user’s perspective. This will enable the development of human and world foundational models, pushing the boundaries of AI and wearables. Advancing this vision presents a transformative challenge for AI and wearable industries, shaping the next frontier of human-centric AI.
