Lauren Descher is a creative technologist and producer with a Master's in Virtual Reality from the University of the Arts London. Passionate about XR and AI, she is dedicated to advancing emerging technologies that enhance human connection and wellbeing. Her work spans immersive entertainment, education, health, and design—always with a focus on meaningful impact.

Lauren has worked across a range of technologies, including building AI agents, collaborating on Sony’s Mocopi motion capture system, and contributing to AI deepfake visuals for Drake’s It’s All A Blur tour. Guided by the belief that "If I can dream it, I can create it," she brings imagination, technical fluency, and optimism to every project.
