Char Davies shared her unique artistic voice with the emerging medium of VR, creating and advancing new forms of visual imagery and interaction methods, such as navigating via one's breath. Her transformative immersive works—Osmose (1995) and Ephémère (1998)—used VR to explore the interconnections between digital environments and human perception, and additionally provided an ethereal spectator experience.
