Profound changes and constant transformation characterize his life. At the age of 13, his father sent him from Iran to Hanover to bring him to safety from the Iran-Iraq war. There he grew up and studied mathematics with a minor in philosophy, business informatics, business administration and additionally data and information management.
Along the way, he opened a restaurant with a friend, which quickly became the number one restaurant in the area of Hanover. After more than 11 years in the restaurant business, he joined Prof. Malik in St. Gallen as a consultant. At the Management Center, he dealt intensively with the topic of culture, management and strategy and then became Senior Expert Culture and Transformation Manager at BMW. There, as a "transformation expert and dialog designer" he was responsible for helping to shape change. With this experience and his extensive expertise, he now supports companies from a wide range of industries in dealing with transformation, provides inspiring impetus as a keynote speaker and is a sought-after interview partner in the media.
