Hanna Gegenhuber is a seasoned expert in the education sector with an extensive network that spans across multiple fields. Since her transition into teaching as a fellow at Teach For Austria (2017–2019) and , she not only excelled as a middle school educator but also developed innovative strategies to support fellow teachers. In her current role as Community Impact Manager at Teach For Austria (a social leadership program), she actively fosters connections within the network of education ambassadors, promoting knowledge exchange between former and current fellows. She plays a crucial role in supporting teachers as they transition into the alumni program and in strengthening community cohesion within the education sector

Hanna’s creativity and forward-thinking approach are particularly evident in her work with Agent:Lehr.KRAFT, an organization she co-founded in 2021 with other Teach For Austria alumni. This initiative supports new and transitioning teachers in establishing themselves within the profession while building strong professional networks. By leveraging peer-learning and innovative mentoring programs, she ensures a successful and sustainable start for educators, providing hands-on guidance and practical solutions.

In addition to her role at Teach For Austria, Hanna has spent the past two years working as a Project Manager at InnovationsmacherIn, where she brings her expertise to the realm of digitalization in education. She has successfully implemented several projects that promote digital and innovative learning, further showcasing her ability to create creative, future-oriented educational initiatives that integrate modern learning methods and digital tools into everyday school practices.
