Since her transition into teaching as a fellow at Teach For Austria (2017–2019) and , she not only excelled as a middle school educator but also developed innovative strategies to support fellow teachers. In her current role as Community Impact Manager at Teach For Austria (a social leadership program), she actively fosters connections within the network of education ambassadors, promoting knowledge exchange between former and current fellows. She plays a crucial role in supporting teachers as they transition into the alumni program and in strengthening community cohesion within the education sector
