Fascinated from an early age by technology and by how it can be applied to solving complex, real-life problems, Amone has held strategic, operational and leadership roles in companies like Meta, Miro, Millicom and Vodafone, in both mature and emerging markets.

At Meta, Amone’s team helps businesses accelerate transformation and achieve tangible business results through Meta's Future of Work solutions. Her team’s vision is to help businesses reinvent the way they learn, create, meet and build community at work.

Outside of her day job, Amone is a co-Founder of The Hood; a brand on a mission to redesign the world with women in mind.

She is also on the Board of Trustees of Spring Impact; helping mission-driven organisations and funders to scale their impact sustainably through consulting, training, and programmes.
