Hoff is co-founder of Object Theory, publisher of the Prism XR enterprise platform, consultancy for bespoke spatial computing experiences, and a trusted digital transformation advisor for large enterprise clients.

Prior to founding Object Theory, Hoff was a Principal Technical Lead on the Microsoft HoloLens team, leading development efforts for the NASA / JPL Curiosity mission planning, AutoDesk and Trimble partnerships.

At Google, he contributed to their high profile initiative of live streaming all sporting events at the 2012 London Olympics.

He was also Director of Nike Digital Sport IT for Nike's line of wearable fitness products such as SportBand and SportWatch.

With over 30 patents, Hoff has been innovating at the forefront of technological change for over 20 years.
