Amy Allison is approaching her 20th anniversary working in the gaming industry. Her career in gaming began while running the internal video production department at a leading game publisher. She continued this work by creating a successful gaming vertical for a Hollywood trailer agency and later co-founded a family-run boutique agency.

She later joined the VR gaming ecosystem when she was accepted into the first Oculus Launchpad program in 2016. Her XR career began with the Location Based Entertainment VR sector with Two Bit Circus. She was most recently the Director of Marketing for Skydance Interactive's top-selling VR development studio in L.A. Now she is working as an XR consultant with Virtual Athletics League (VR game marketing), 3lbXR (spatial computing platform), Two Bit Circus Foundation (educational game design and deployment), and 4Elements Media (interactive experience creative group).

She is an active member in the XR volunteer community. She has been a Games for Change Juror for the XR category and also serves as the Programs and Events Chair on the Board of Directors for Women in Games International.
