Lani Bertino brings nearly 30 years of experience in the media and tech industry to her role as Vice President of Production at Trigger XR, the world's premier XR creative agency and developer. Lani’s passion for technology and storytelling, ensures that Trigger XR remains at the forefront of both immersive experiences and delivers award-winning XR solutions in both the consumer and enterprise spaces.

Lani believes in XR as a way to elevate and transform our world and has a long history of working with major companies and premiere IP such as that from Disney, LEGO, Coca-Cola, the NBA, Nike, Mercedes AMG Petronas F1, Starbucks, Verizon, and Molson Coors. As part of Trigger XR’s leadership team, Lani contributes to the development and implementation of cutting-edge AR, VR, and immersive solutions across mobile and HMD platforms, earning Trigger XR accolades from prestigious industry awards like Clios, Shortys, Auggies, and Webbys.

As a proponent for inclusivity, Lani is also a fierce advocate of women in technology and has been a mentor, speaker and/or coach for organizations such as Codess, DigiGirlz, SPU Center for Applied Learning Mentor Program, Women’s Association of Verizon Employees, and Society of Women’s Engineering. She actively mentors both women and men in navigating emerging technology careers.
