Kristin Glushon brings over 20 years of experience in the media and tech industry to her role as Vice President of Partnerships and Marketing at Trigger XR, the world's premier XR creative agency and developer.

In an industry that her kids think is cool, Kristin brings her passion for innovation and creativity to the forefront, ensuring Trigger XR remains at the pinnacle of XR technology. Leading a team dedicated to driving Trigger XR's growth Kristin works with major companies and IPs such as Disney, LEGO, Coca-Cola, the NBA, Nike, Mercedes AMG Petronas F1, Starbucks, Verizon, and Molson Coors to develop and implement cutting-edge AR, VR, and immersive solutions across mobile and HMD platforms. Additionally, Kristin oversees marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships, earning Trigger XR accolades from prestigious industry awards like Clios, Shortys, Auggies, and Webbys and earning exclusive early development partnerships with notable partners including Unity, Apple, Niantic, Qualcomm, Roblox, Snap, Meta, Adobe, Google, and NVIDIA.

Before joining Trigger XR, Kristin held the position of EVP of Client Development at Branded Entertainment Network (BEN), a global leader in product placement and influencer marketing. Prior to BEN, she served as SVP of Sales and Client Strategy at Orion, an IPG media agency, and held various sales and client services roles at Thomson Reuters. Active in diversity and women's empowerment initiatives throughout her career, Kristin has served on numerous DEI boards and committees, including involvement with ThinkLA's DIG committee, IPG's Women's Leadership Network, Chief and Women’s Leadership Council. Additionally, Kristin has spoken at major industry events such as SXSW, Augmented World Expo (AWE), The Wrap, and LA Adweek, and her expertise is recognized in publications by Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), Adweek, and Brand Innovators Women in Marketing. Kristin earned her MBA from Pepperdine University and graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
