As the Executive Director of Enterprise Partnerships at ForgeFX Simulations, she spearheads collaborations with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies across industries such as construction, oil & gas, healthcare, and defense. Her work focuses on leveraging ForgeFX’s cutting-edge simulation technology to enhance workforce training, operational efficiency, and education through immersive virtual, augmented, and mixed reality solutions.

With over two decades of experience in program and portfolio management within engineering and defense, Mary has led multimillion-dollar initiatives developing simulation, training, and operational technologies for the U.S. Department of Defense and key industry players. Her expertise spans program execution, strategic business development, and emerging technology integration, ensuring that XR applications align with real-world enterprise needs.

A recognized expert in simulation-based training, workforce development, and immersive learning, Mary is passionate about the intersection of spatial computing and enterprise innovation. She actively contributes to advancing the adoption of extended reality (XR) for mission-critical applications, helping organizations harness the power of simulation to improve performance, safety, and knowledge retention.

Mary holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She has been a key contributor to groundbreaking projects in defense, chemical and biological protection, and operational training, including the development of augmented reality training solutions for warfighters.
