Eduardo’s work in virtual and augmented reality (XR) began in 1996 at ATR Media Integration & Communications in Japan, a pioneering research lab where he contributed to early immersive technology development—well before XR entered the mainstream. He went on to join several startups in Silicon Valley, including a spin-off from SRI International, where he helped develop advanced visual computing applications. He further deepened his XR expertise at Georgia Tech’s Graphics, Visualization, and Usability Center, where he served as a graduate research assistant focused on immersive interactive systems and user experience.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Eduardo built leadership experience in the financial services industry. He completed Citigroup’s Management Associate Program and advanced to multiple executive roles. He later served as Senior Director of Strategy, Technology, and Operations at CIBC, where he led cross-functional initiatives across corporate development, digital transformation, and enterprise operations.

Throughout his career, Eduardo has launched and scaled multiple ventures, including a fintech startup that achieved a successful exit. He is the named inventor on three patents in the field of mixed reality and has contributed to innovation efforts in collaboration with the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and Department of Energy through both commercial and government initiatives.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, completed graduate coursework in Computer Science, and earned an MBA with a concentration in Management of Technology. Eduardo’s leadership combines technical fluency with strategic vision and operational discipline, making him a trusted partner for corporate innovators and public-sector leaders driving digital transformation in complex, mission-critical environments.
