Chance Sterling serves as the Manager of the Battery and Analytics Testing team at Iontra Inc. Iontra employs a novel charging algorithm that greatly reduces the degradation of battery cells and allows for reduction in charge time, longer cycle life, and better cold weather charging performance.  Chance has over 8 years of experience in the battery industry, testing a wide range of battery chemistries, sizes, and applications. At Iontra, Chance's team develops charge protocols to improve battery performance, performs teardowns and physical analysis of battery cells, and builds tools to analyze battery data.
