Marina Halter is a Senior Instructional Designer at Transfr, Inc. She is a former educator of over ten years with a Master’s Degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Iowa. Marina’s background in education proved invaluable in transitioning to the instructional design space creating virtual reality experiences for healthcare, career exploration, among other simulation domains. She understands how to design for a variety of audiences while adapting learning experiences to meet business goals. Marina employs learning engineering processes to ensure learning efficacy within the technological capabilities of VR, which has made designing Transfr simulations challenging, fun, and rewarding.
