Elias is the founder of VentR-out, an independent game studio dedicated to making outdoor experiences more accessible and fun. With expertise in Project, Program, and Change Management, based on his most recent 17 years within a Fortune 100 company, he has successfully launched products and services in over 65 countries.

As a Race Director, Elias created and produced regional adventure races and scavenger hunt events for ten years. He has competed in over 25 global adventure races, including Eco-Challenge, El Cruce trail run, and a 3,000-mile tuk-tuk race across India. These adventures have provided him with profound moments of flow, peace, wonder, and competition.

After two decades at large tech companies, Elias took a leap to bring his vision to life by founding VentR-out. He learned to code through bootcamps to build VR prototypes, empathize with developers, and become proficient in the Unity game engine. The startup journey continues to stretch him in myriad ways for which he is grateful. He gets to do this despite the challenging nature of the startup journey, which offers ample growth opportunities.

Elias lives in Miami where he enjoys exploring, running, yoga, paddle boarding, and traveling. He is committed to bringing a vision to life that encourages movement, deepens connections, builds skills, and fosters competition through XR technology.
