Jamie Keane (she/her) brings over 20 years of experience in product development and engineering management to Meta. She holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Towson University. Jamie began her career at a mix of consumer product and B2B service companies, including Comcast (Plaxo), UpMo, Blurb, and AOL/Advertising.com. As her career began to gain momentum, she stepped in as VP of mobile products for Evernote where she led three major redesigns. Jamie then moved to Puppet (formerly Puppet Labs), leading product strategy in IT configuration management. After Puppet, Jamie was VP of Engineering for Espressive, an AI ITSM startup, where she delivered a fully functional beta within four months of hire. Jamie then moved to Box, where she enabled her team to launch deeply impactful features in her role as senior director of product management. She is now the Director of Product Management at Meta and is highly skilled in setting product vision, strategy, and roadmaps across teams. Jamie spends her free time mountain biking and chasing after her three dogs, Merlin, Percival, and Archimedes.
