Era is a Director of Partnerships on the B2B side within Reality Labs, where she is focussed on building global partnerships that advance Meta’s core enterprise proposition. Era has been at Meta for over 7 years, where she has built and scaled teams across EMEA, LATAM, APAC, and NA. Prior to Meta, Era led operations and strategy for a consumer tech firm in the insurance space and was based out of San Francisco.

Era has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Cambridge University.
