Nicole Schlegel is vice president of global digital marketing at Universal Pictures, where she leads one of four teams within the digital marketing department. In her role, Schlegel oversees digital strategy, creative, digital publicity, and social media campaigns, and provides creative direction on custom media programs. Schlegel has been at the studio since 2007, and over the course of her career, has worked on such notable publicity and digital campaigns for Oppenheimer, Kung Fu Panda 4, Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, The Bad Guys, She Said, Trolls World Tour, The Photograph, Queen & Slim, How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, Girls Trip, Atomic Blonde, Straight Outta Compton, Mamma Mia!, Bridesmaids, Fast Five, Despicable Me 2, Minions, The Purge, The Best Man Holiday, and the Pitch Perfect and Fifty Shades franchises. Schlegel graduated with a degree in English Literature and a certificate in Film & Video from Duke University. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter.
