Kristi Woolsey is the Global Lead for XR at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she leads work at the intersection of emerging technologies and digital transformation. In addition to advising Fortune 100 companies on extended reality (XR), smart environments, and hybrid work strategies, Kristi has contributed to policy frameworks shaping how technology is deployed responsibly across sectors.

She was a lead facilitator for the U.S. General Services Administration’s Technology Matters initiative, engaging CIOs and CTOs from agencies like HUD, IRS, and the Postal Service to align federal guidance on digital enablement in support of real estate footprint reduction. She also led the authorship of a white paper for a global tech giant addressing the ethics and regulatory gaps in facial recognition use beyond security contexts, work that culminated in a presentation at the Grace Hopper Conference.

With a background that spans design, strategy, and systems thinking, Kristi is known for building scalable frameworks that empower both people and organizations. She is a frequent speaker on topics related to the implications emerging tech, and brings a practical, human-centered lens to emerging technology policy and implementation.
