As co-chair of the PwC Black Network, Sam promotes the talents, skills, and views of Black employees at PwC, ensuring that new joiners and existing staff feel included at the firm. His personal mission is to empower people and help them showcase their abilities whilst bringing their authentic selves to the workplace and all aspects of society. This led to his involvement in the development of In My Shoes, PwC's flagship virtual reality experience designed to tackle unconscious racial bias which has been delivered to companies worldwide. Sam's efforts to foster greater inclusivity in the workplace have been recognized by industry, culminating in him receiving a Rising Star finalist trophy at The Black British Business Awards.
