Erin Hilliard is an associate at Cooley LLP. She focuses her practice on all aspects of privacy and information security, including US and international regulatory compliance, privacy-related regulatory enforcement actions, and incident response and remediation. She works with a number of immersive technology clients to manage their regulatory and litigation risk and create practical, strategic privacy compliance plans throughout the various phases of their product development cycle. Erin loves navigating the challenges of data use, product design, and innovation alongside her clients as both their legal and business partner. Erin received her JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and her BA from the University of Chicago.
