Rajat has been developing XR prototypes at SLB for around 5 years. Before which he graduated with a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California where he focused on game/VR/AR development and was a teaching assistant at USC's GamePipe Lab helping students learn about XR design and development. He has created XR applications for several devices such as the HoloLens 1&2, Valve Index, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, and a number of mobile devices and tablets. At SLB he focuses on evaluating the latest tech in the XR space and creating immersive applications that help SLB's internal users and clients improve their existing processes. He is also a part of SLB's XR Committee that aims to establish XR standards at the company and it assists others across SLB adopt immersive technologies in their workflows.
